Allergen tests

Consumers have the right to be informed about the food they consume. Their choices may be influenced by health, economic, environmental, social and ethical considerations.

Food ailments, atopic dermatitis, allergic rhinitis and conjunctivitis, but also an asthma attack or even fatal anaphylactic shock - these are food allergies symptoms. The lack of correct information about allergens in foods can have serious consequences, therefore it is so important to know about their presence in food.

WESSLING Polska performs allergen tests in accordance with the guidelines contained in Rozporządzenie Parlamentu Europejskiego i Rady (UE) nr 1169/2011 z dnia 25 października 2011 r. w sprawie przekazywania konsumentom informacji na temat żywności.
